1. Pensionado Visa (Retirement Visa)

Grants direct permanent residency for retirees with stable pension income from abroad.

Requirements:

  • Valid passport (scanned + complete copy)
  • Apostilled criminal record certificate from country of origin
  • Certificate of lifetime pension ($1,000 USD/month minimum)
  • If including dependent: apostilled marriage or birth certificates
  • Three (3) passport-size photos
  • Sworn statement and immigration forms (prepared by JSF)

2. Friendly Nations Visa

Strong immigration status for nationals of eligible countries including Canada, USA, UK, Spain, France, Germany, and more.

Requirements:

  • Valid passport

  • One of the following:
    • Employment contract in Panama, OR
    • Opening of a Panamanian company as owner, OR
    • Director or shareholder of an operating Panamanian company
  • 5 passport-size photos
